We are a leading Construction Company in the country. Currently we are looking for young dynamic staff members for the Ongoing Projects and Head Office
1. Senior Quantity Surveyor
- B.Sc.(QS)/IQSSL/NCT QS or UGS Recognized qualification
- More than 6 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Ability work long hours independently with minimum supervision
- Responsible for Preparing the Bill of Quantities, Cost Analysis, Price Adjustments, Estimations, Tendering etc.
- Shall be conversant with variance preparation , claims, post contract monitoring and techniques
- Should be able to handle any other responsibilities assigned by the management , deal with clients when required
- Sound knowledge in Auto CAD and MS excel
- Must be fluent in English , work under minimum supervision
- Experience in similar capacity will be an advantage
2. Quantity Surveyor / Trainee QS
- Partial Qualification of B.Sc.(QS) /IQSSL /NCT QS or UGS Recognized qualification
- More than 3 years’ experience in similar capacity / Trainees with No experience
- Ability work long hours independently with minimum supervision
- Responsible for Preparing the Bill of Quantities, Cost Analysis, Price Adjustments, Estimations, Tendering etc.
- Shall be conversant with variance preparation , claims, post contract monitoring and techniques
- Should be able to handle any other responsibilities assigned by the management , deal with clients when required
- Sound knowledge in Auto CAD and MS excel
