You will be designated as IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Core Technical Requirements:
- Administer and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and network security infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and manage Windows and/or Linux servers, Laptops/Desktop PCs, smartphones / Tabs etc.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Office 365/Microsoft 365 environments.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3/4/5 or HND in Network/Hardware or Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least one (1) year of hands-on experience in a similar role or work environment.
