JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN
Kings Hospital Colombo is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our IT team as a Junior IT Technician.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support will be added advantages.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN technologies, and printer troubleshooting.
KEY SKILLS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to work longer hours if required.
