THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS, SRI LANKA (IESL)
VACANCY - MANAGER MEMBERSHIP
The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL) is the premier professional body for engineers in the country. We are seeking a qualified professional to lead our Membership Division.
Manage membership operations, supports member growth, and deliver high-standard services across all membership grades.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Membership Division.
- Implement strategies for member recruitment and retention.
- Process membership applications and evaluations.
- Improve member services and communication channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years should have been in a reputed organization.
- Prior experience in managing membership operations in a professional body will be an added advantage.
- Age: 35 - 55 at the time of recruitment.
Required Skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, with high computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

This appointment will initially be on a one-year contract, which will be renewed based on performance.
