Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual granting and portfolio targets while maintaining the required Weighted Average Lending Rate (WALR).
- Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team to achieve individual and branch targets through effective planning, coaching and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, lending guidelines, documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor non-performing loans (NPLs), receivables and overdue collections, coordinating with recovery teams to maintain portfolio quality.
- Oversee daily branch operations, staff administration, security, service quality and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Support recruitment, employee development, discipline and welfare while fostering a customer-focused, high-performance culture.
- Implement branch-level ESG initiatives aligned with the company's sustainability objectives.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Candidates with solid experience in the banking and finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of lending operations, credit evaluation and portfolio management.
- Excellent business development, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high compliance and customer service standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
