Job Description
FP&A ANALYST
- Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts with the CFO and department heads
- Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, costs, staffing, cash flow, and capital expenditure
- Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
- Monitor location-level performance, including occupancy, staffing costs, revenue, and profitability
- Develop Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and business performance
- Partner with senior leadership on financial scenarios and business planning
- Prepare investment appraisals for property acquisitions and developments, including NPV, IRR, payback, and break-even analysis
- Support monthly management, Board, and investor reporting
- Improve reporting processes using Excel, Power Query, and automation
- Ensure accurate reporting, reliable data, and confidentiality of sensitive information

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK time

WORK EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
Minimum 5 years of experience.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
BSc in Accounting or Finance, or partly qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA.
