POST OF
EXECUTIVE – PROJECT PLANNING
Join our dynamic team and build a rewarding career with us. We are looking for an energetic, results driven professional who is passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project installation plans before commencement based on site readiness, material availability, manpower, subcontractor capacity, and agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers to monitor progress and update plans where delays, site issues, or resource constraints arise.
- Prepare weekly and medium-term manpower and subcontractor allocation plans to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Prepare and maintain monthly project handover plans and provide regular updates during operational meetings.
- Follow up material availability, shipping schedules, and site readiness to support timely project mobilization.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and management reports covering project progress, manpower utilization, handovers, delays, inspections, collections, and financial performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or Diploma in STEM.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in elevator, MEP, construction, or engineering project environments would be an advantage.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of project cost, profitability, and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems would be an advantage.
