Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Interior & Furniture
Asian Group of Companies is looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Interior & Furniture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate costing, BOQs, and quotations based on customer designs and ensuring all project costs are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project costing based on designers’ drawings and customer requirements.
- Review drawings, measurements, materials, and specifications before costing.
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs for furniture and interior projects.
- Calculate material, labour, hardware, installation, transport, and other project costs.
- Coordinate with the Design and Sales teams to finalize costing and quotation details.
- Update costing sheets, material rates, and supplier prices.
- Ensure quotations meet company pricing standards and profit margins.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or construction costing is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project costing.
- Ability to read AutoCAD/design drawings.
- Good Excel skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
