KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and create a memorable shopping experience.
- Understand guest needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and suggestive selling skills.
- Process POS transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented retail store.
- Maintain stock levels and conduct inventory checks.
- Display merchandise according to Hard Rock visual standards.
- Handle phone calls and assist guests with enquiries.
- Support opening, closing, and daily retail duties.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Must meet the minimum legal employment age.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
