AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

- NVQ Level 2 / 3
REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Electrical / Auto Electrician (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with vehicle wiring, batteries, starting and charging systems
- Good understanding of fuel system electrical wiring (fuel pump, fuel level sender and gauge circuits)
- Able to read wiring diagrams and use a multimeter
- Valid driving licence is an advantage
KEY DUTIES
- Install and wire in-vehicle devices such as GPS trackers and fuel level sensors
- Carry out inspections and keep service records
- Work at client sites when required
