About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support a dynamic property management business. This role will manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy across core accounting processes.
- Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice reconciliation.
- Oversee and report on Accounts Receivable.
- Handle monthly and quarterly tax submissions.
- Lead month-end close processes and journal postings.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations.
- Record and reconcile monthly bank transactions.
- Process and reconcile company credit card activities.
- Manage and post employee expense reimbursements.
- Reconcile balance sheet items monthly.
- Address ad-hoc financial requests from management.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance financial processes.
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university; partial qualifications in ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in Xero (AP, payroll, custom templates, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English required.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Team player able to manage pressure and collaborate across teams.
