- VACANCY -
CHIEF QUANTITY SURVEYOR (HM 1-3)
Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise under Ministry of Irrigation, the premier engineering organization that the forefront of infrastructure development in the country invites applications from citizens of Sri Lanka for under mentioned appointment on Contract Basis to fill the vacancy at CESL.
Required Qualification & Experience
- 01 Chief Quantity Surveyor (HM 1-3)
- External Candidate
- Any One of the Following (1 or 2 below)
- 1. B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSL) with
- A Postgraduate Degree qualification (Masters) in the relevant field
- Or Corporate Membership of Institution of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSL)
- And Minimum of Thirteen (13) years' experience at a "Managerial Level" in a Corporation, Statutory Board/ Institution or a reputed private institution, after obtaining the first degree.
- 2. Full (Fellow) Membership of the Institution of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSL) And Minimum of Thirteen (13) years' experience at a "Managerial Level" in a Corporation, Statutory Board/ Institution or a reputed private institution.
- 1. B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSL) with
Age
Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years.
Salary & Other Benefits
- I. Selected applicant will be placed on a suitable salary point depending on qualifications and experience as per the Management Services Circular 01/2025.
- II. Contribution of 12% and 3% of salary to the Employee Provident Fund and Employees Trust Fund respectively by the CESL.
Method of Selection
Selections will be made on the order of merit determined by an Interview Panel.
