INTERNSHIP SERVICE FULFILMENT
Join our Destination Management team and gain hands-on experience in coordinating travel services and delivering memorable guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the booking and confirmation process for accommodations and activities
- Coordinating services with local suppliers, guides, and transportation providers
- Maintaining quality standards respective to each principal
- Helping manage last-minute changes or requests
- Monitoring and updating service schedules and operational records
- Assisting with quality control and customer service follow-up
- Participating in internal meetings and reporting
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Current student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
