PROMOTIONS EXECUTIVE – TRUCKS & BUSES

Euro Motors (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an energetic, hardworking, and result-oriented Promotions Executive - Promotions to support and execute island-wide promotional activities for our leading truck and bus brands. This is a dynamic field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys customer engagement, event management, market activation, and working closely with sales teams to create business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate and supervise island-wide field promotional activities.
- Identify promotion locations and generate quality sales leads.
- Obtain approvals and coordinate with relevant authorities for events.
- Manage and guide field teams during promotions.
- Ensure proper handling of promotional vehicles, branding, equipment, and setups.
- Engage customers, gather feedback, and support lead generation.
- Maintain records of inquiries, leads, events, and activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years’ experience in promotions, field marketing, event coordination, or sales support.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Automotive, commercial vehicle, FMCG, or related industry experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Willingness to travel island-wide.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Passion for marketing, customer engagement, and creating business impact.
