ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Supply Chain Intern will support day-to-day supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain operations within a diversified corporate business environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated undergraduate or recent graduate to develop practical skills and gain valuable industry exposure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with procurement and sourcing activities, purchase order processing, and supplier follow-ups.
- Support inventory tracking, stock movement updates, and basic stock reconciliation.
- Maintain and update supply chain trackers, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with logistics, transportation, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor order statuses and support timely delivery to meet business requirements.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Support ad hoc supply chain and operations-related activities as required.

QUALIFICATION
- An undergraduate or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines in a structured corporate environment.
