Assistant Sales Manager – Automotive Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of automotive products and exceed/achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitors.
- Provide technical advice and product information to customers.
- Coordinate with the DCEO on sales & Marketing strategies, forecasts, displays/promotions, and market insights.
- Travel extensively to ensure market coverage and client engagement.
- Responsible for Managing the Sales Team and driving for Growth.
- Manage showroom, inventory, arrange customer deliveries, and handle customer care.
Requirements :
- Degree in Management/Professional qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in (field)sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Understanding of the automotive market and sales practices.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work on PC/MS Office.
- Age below 40 years preferred.
- Ability to drive cars and with a valid driving license.
