DRAFTSMAN – CIVIL / INTERIOR
J.N. INTERIORS is a leading interior designing and civil construction company which has earned its reputation for interior design leadership in Sri Lanka since 1998.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman – Civil / Interior to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate 2D architectural, civil, interior, and technical drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
- Develop interior fit-out drawings, including partition, ceiling, flooring, layouts, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare and coordinate civil and MEP drawings, ensuring proper integration and identifying any design or site coordination issues.
- Prepare and update shop drawings and as-built drawings, incorporating site conditions, revisions, and project changes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, QS teams, and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate, compliant with project requirements, and delivered within deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in Civil + MEP projects or Interior Fit-Out projects
- Candidates with experience in both civil and interior projects will be an advantage. National Certificate in Engineering Draughtsmanship – NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
- NVQ Level 5 National Diploma in Drafting Technology
- Higher Diploma in Architectural Drafting or Interior Design
- GCE O/L with Mathematics and Science
