Assistant Lecturers/ Lecturers (Visiting) – Colombo and Kandy
Teaching Area
- Health Science, Anatomy and Physiology, Social Care, Childcare (Colombo)
- Hospitality, Nutrition Science, Hospitality Management, F&B (Kandy)
- Modern Management, Organizational Management, Change Management (Colombo and Kandy)
Job Profile
- Delivering lectures and tutorials at all allocated programmes by Nawaloka College.
- Staying in regular contacts with Program Leadership preferably on a weekly basis.
- Providing specific guidance about expected format and structure of academic tasks relevant to your discipline to students.
- Marking all the assessment tasks and final examination papers and submitting the results to the unit leader to get moderated within required deadlines.
- Entering marks and grades timely on the relevant Learning Management Systems and directing for resulting.
- Providing constructive and supportive feedback to the students on their efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Good command of English (Verbal and Written).
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages and LMS.
- Strong analytical skills and should be a team player.
- 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
