Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with seafarers regarding documentation and joining requirements.
- Assist in crew scheduling, mobilization, and deployment activities.
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth crew changes.
What we are looking for
- Experience in HR, recruitment, crew documentation, crew administration, customer service, or operational coordination.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a professional maritime environment.
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Previous exposure to maritime, shipping, or crewing operations will be an advantage.
