FULL-TIME | SHIFT-BASED | REPORTS TO: CAFÉ MANAGER
Join our café team to deliver welcoming, attentive service and help keep daily café operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, explain menu items and take accurate table and takeaway orders, clearly communicating special requests and allergy information.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, check guest satisfaction and handle bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and ready, follow hygiene standards and support stock replenishment, opening and closing duties.
What We Look For
- Café, restaurant, hotel or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
- Friendly communication, conversational English and a welcoming, service-focused attitude.
- Basic numeracy and confidence learning ordering and payment systems.
- Reliability, punctuality, teamwork and the ability to stay organised during busy periods.
- Willingness to work rostered shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
