HEAD OF ACORN PRIME DESTINATIONS
Lead a high-performing travel brand and take Sri Lankan travellers to the world. Join us to create extraordinary journeys and shape the future of outbound leisure travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the outbound leisure travel division, overseeing all operational, commercial, and service functions.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with global tour operators, airlines, and DMCs.
- Identify emerging travel trends and develop innovative, market-responsive travel products.
- Inspire, mentor, and empower the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leisure travel management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of international travel markets, supplier relationships, and destination management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences.
