Executive - Guest Services
Transcend Drive (Pvt) Ltd is Sri Lanka’s premier luxury travel and transport partner of international and local five-star hotels in Colombo.
We are looking for dynamic candidates to fill the position of Executive - Guest Services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Hospitality, Tourism, Travel, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Computer literacy (Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook etc.).
- Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lanka's tourism destinations will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with five-star hotels or luxury travel services will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
