SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Requirement and Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of Software development experience working with PHP Laravel Framework.
- Knowledge of OOA & OOD concepts.
- Good understanding of version controlling in GIT, SVN best practices.
- Experience in databases such as MySQL/ MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Mongo.
- Experience in Frontend Technologies such as React Js, VueJs and jQuery, SASS, CSS3, HTML/HTML5.
- Experience in developing and implementing REST APIs
- Experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience in working with Dockerized Environment will be an advantage.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to grasp new technologies, concepts quickly and willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of database design and system architecture.
- Can Do attitude will be an added advantage.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
SOFTWARE OPERATIONS
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal software teams.
- Gather, document, and communicate client business requirements. Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and technical teams.
- Monitor project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding issues.
- Arrange client meetings, visits, demonstrations, and related activities.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, action plans, and management updates.
- Follow up on client feedback, testing, corrections, and project completion.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Management,
- Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in software/project coordination, operations, client management, or a similar position.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of software development processes will be an advantage.
- Experience with project management tools will be an added advantage.
- Age 28 - 40
