PKI ANALYST (PUBLIC KEY INFRASTRUCTURE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, including digital certificates and cryptographic keys.
- Monitor certificate validity, renewals, revocations, and expiration dates.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Certificate Authorities (CA) and Registration Authorities (RA).
- Ensure compliance with security policies, cryptographic standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor PKI systems for security incidents, vulnerabilities, and operational issues.
- Troubleshoot certificate-related issues, authentication failures, and encryption problems.
- Maintain PKI documentation, audit records, and security procedures.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Knowledge of PKI concepts, digital certificates, public-key cryptography, and encryption technologies.
- Understanding of SSL/TLS certificates, certificate lifecycles, and certificate management.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, and network security is an advantage.
- Knowledge of certificate authorities, key management systems, and security protocols will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
