Student Counsellor (Male/Female) Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student counselling will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to handle student and parent inquiries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
Senior Student Counsellor (Male/Female) Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center environment.
- Proven expertise in CRM handling and high conversion rates.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Experience in Corporate Outreach and handling students'/parents' inquiries.
- Self-learner with a can-do attitude.
- Age below 35.
- Career guidance experience is a significant advantage.
