Electrician - Wind Power Plant
Alternate Power Systems (Pvt) Ltd is a renewable energy project developer in Sri Lanka, committed to delivering sustainable electricity to the national grid.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of wind power plant electrical installations.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Assist the technical team during planned maintenance and emergency repairs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Installation, Electrical Technology, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Previous experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a power plant, industrial facility, or renewable energy project, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team.
Work Location
Must be willing and able to work at any of the Company's project sites, particularly those located in the Sabaragamuwa Province of Sri Lanka.
Preference
Candidates residing in or around Balangoda will be given preference.
