Business Manager (Dental Portfolio)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the assigned product portfolio.
- Manage relationships with foreign principals, key customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Plan and execute promotional and clinical activities, including workshops, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Manage tender processes and ensure successful business acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities and support product development initiatives.
- Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree or Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent business development and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment.
