Showroom Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent showroom customer service and drive sales opportunities.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Handle billing, sales administration, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage showroom inventory, stock levels, and stock reconciliations.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
- Prepare sales, stock, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Support promotional activities and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Previous experience in showroom sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, sales reporting, and inventory management.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Excel and POS/billing systems.
- Customer-focused, sales-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily showroom operations efficiently.
