Job Description
A leading company in the Solar Energy & Water Purification industry is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Solar PV & Water Purification to join their team.
Location: Colombo / Gampaha / Down South
Gender: Preferably Male
Basic Salary: LKR 80,000 – 100,000 + Sales Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Solar PV and Water Purification solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Conduct client meetings and present Solar PV and Water Purification solutions.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
- Fully or partly qualified in SLIM / CIM, or possess a Management Diploma or Degree.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and build strong business relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel/work across Colombo, Gampaha, and Down South.
