One of the leading diversified conglomerates is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their IT strategy, data infrastructure and digital transformation efforts.
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER (CIO)
As CIO, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to align their technology roadmap with business goals. You will oversee the IT department, manage cybersecurity and data governance and ensure scalable, secure, and innovative systems are in place to support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including cloud migration, cyber security and digital transformation.
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, applications and service delivery.
- Drive data strategy, governance and analytics to support informed decision-making.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing IT team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role (15+ years).
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems and cybersecurity.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align tech innovation with business outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and change management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
