Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a leading organization as Manager – Sales (Sea Exports). The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s sea export business operations.
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while generating and converting sales leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and minimize operational delays.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including HSSE, sanctions, anti-money laundering, whistleblowing, and anti-corruption policies.
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, compliance, and ethical business practices within the department.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, preferably in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sea export operations and customer handling.
- Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
