Manager / Senior Manager – Revenue Operations
Manage our revenue operations across sales, Projects, Finance and Legal, from order and agreement to installation and collection. You will turn data into decisions, keep cash flowing, mitigate revenue losses, and keep our customers happy. Manager and Senior Manager levels are open, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support continuous follow-up of collections locally and in overseas regions.
- Create procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining high customer retention.
- Oversee purchase orders and invoicing with Sales, Projects and Finance.
- Interpret data and analytics; own daily, weekly and monthly regional sales and collection reports for senior leadership.
- Track agreements with Legal and coordinate with the project team until installation is complete.
- Coordinate operations between HQ and overseas offices.
- Support ISO audits and other applicable certifications.
- Lead: Guide and mentor, the team, including administrative support for Sales and Project members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Management or a relevant field
- 6+ years of overall experience in related fields, including 2+ years of managerial experience
- Exceptional communicator: Excellent communication; outstanding written and verbal English, able to influence internal teams, customers and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and sound business acumen
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- High ethical standards and strict confidentiality
- Great interpersonal skills
