Manager Projects
Wallspan is a strategic business unit under Avanra Ventures, a subsidiary of the esteemed Rainco Group with a rich 50-year legacy. Specializing in architectural facade/cladding, solar shading, interior wall solutions. Wallspan provides design & engineering, supply and installation solutions throughout South Asia. Our team leverages international expertise from UK, ME, and South Asia in building facade architecture, offering safe, sustainable, and tailored solutions for specific project needs.
Scope:
- Manage and execute building façade projects, covering planning, scheduling, coordination, cost control, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with QS, draftsmen, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely corrective actions.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with office teams and provide clear project status and quality performance reports.
Qualifications required:
- BSc in Civil Engineering with Project Management qualifications and 5+ years of experience
- Experience in working at a leading construction company as a Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Experience in coordinating projects directly with Consultants
- Sound knowledge in AutoCAD / MS Project and other relevant softwares
- Project management qualification and excellent project management and supervision skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Age below 45 years
- Experience in building facade projects would be an added advantage
