TEA TENDER / BARISTA
Maltras International (Pvt) Ltd, a leading Sri Lankan premium tea exporter & home to Battler & Tealia, is seeking a passionate Tea Tender / Barista to deliver exceptional customer experiences at Battler Tea Lounge, Colombo 03.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age below 40 years
- Passed GCE A/L (Certificate or any other qualification regarding culinary will be an added advantage)
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar role (Prior experience in a cafe or tea lounge will be an added advantage)
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Prepare & serve a variety of teas including Hot, Ice, Bubble tea, Mocktail & other varieties
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the kitchen & service areas
- Handle customer orders efficiently & support daily lounge operations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team & time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays
- Knowledge of new tea trends & interest in R&D
