The portfolio includes Feminine Hygiene, Grooming, Personal Hygiene, Packaged food, among others. ICL is the market leader in most of the categories it operates in.
YOUR ROLE
As Area Sales Manager Pet Care you will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales performance within the Pet Care division. The role focuses on expanding distribution networks, managing distributor relationships, and executing on-ground promotional activities to increase market share and ensure effective debt management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets to meet company objectives.
- Oversee the redistribution of company products among retailers to ensure product availability.
- Manage and evaluate Distributor and Direct Dealer (DD) performance.
- Conduct area demarcation and appoint new distributors or direct dealers as per requirements.
- Execute merchandising initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage debtors and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Expand the distribution footprint and identify new market opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Over 10 years of extensive sales experience, progressing through Sales Representative, Supervisor, or Executive levels.
- Professional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the Pet Care industry is highly preferred.
