Showroom Manager - Colombo
Are you a polished leader with a passion for luxury and a drive for sales? We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to take the helm of our premier jewellery location. As the face of our brand, you will lead a team of consultants, manage exquisite collections, and ensure every client leaves with a memory that lasts a lifetime.
The Role
As Showroom Manager, you aren't just overseeing a store; you are curating an experience. You will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for the daily operations, security, and sales performance of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Excellence: Drive the showroom to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Inventory Integrity: Oversee high-value stock management, daily counts, and visual merchandising.
- Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and handle high-level inquiries with grace.
- Operational Precision: Manage scheduling, security protocols, and administrative reporting.
What we are looking for :
- Experience: 3+ years in retail management (luxury goods or jewellery experience is a major plus).
- Education: Bsc, HND, DIP in relevant field.
- The Spark: Exceptional communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor.
- Integrity: A proven track record of honesty and meticulous attention to detail regarding high-value inventory.
- Mindset: A leads-by-example attitude—you’re comfortable closing a six-figure sale and coaching a junior staff member in the same hour.
