Vacancy for Forklift / MHE Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to handle, move, lift, stack, and transfer raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods safely and efficiently.
- Perform loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles.
- Transfer materials and finished goods between designated warehouse areas, production facilities, staging areas, and dispatch locations.
- Ensure that goods are handled carefully to prevent damage, contamination, mix-ups, and packaging deterioration during handling and transportation.
- Follow approved storage arrangements, material identification requirements, and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles when handling and positioning materials for dispatch.
- Assist in receiving raw materials, packaging materials, and other warehouse items by checking quantities and descriptions against relevant documentation.
- Support the issuance of raw materials and packaging materials to the production department according to approved material requisitions.
- Comply with company SOPs, GMP requirements, health and safety regulations, and other applicable procedures.
- Follow GMP requirements, workplace safety rules, and applicable procedures when handling pharmaceutical materials and finished goods.
- Assist for other warehouse Activities other than the basic works.
Candidate Profile
- Must have passed the General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE O/L) examination and sat for the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A/L) examination.
- Previous experience operating forklifts or other MHE in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Possession of a valid forklift operating licence or recognized operator certification, where applicable, is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to understand warehouse documents and records in English are added advantages.
