Investigation Officer (Executive) – Contract Basis

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed Investigations on Internal relations, Misconduct of field officers and General insurance claims (Motor, Fire, Marine, Engineering, and Miscellaneous).
- Identify suspicious, exaggerated, or potentially fraudulent claims.
- Perform field visits for site inspections, accident verification, and claimant background checks.
- Interview claimants, Witnesses and other relevant parties. Collect physical, Photographic and Documentary evidence.
- Obtain Police reports, Medical reports, Repair estimates and other supporting documents.
- Ensure documentation standards and confidentiality are maintained.
- Prepare clear, factual and well-structured investigation reports.
- Provide findings, Conclusions and Recommendations (e.g. Approve, Reject or further investigate claims).
- Proper documentation and Record management and Submit reports within defined timelines.
- Assist in legal proceedings when required.
Qualifications
- Passed O/L or A/L Exam.
- Additional educational qualification in relevant field.
Relevant Experience
- 10 Years' experience in similar capacity or police service.
Skills, Attributes and Behaviour
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Interviewing and interrogation techniques.
- Report writing and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
