Creative Lead - Marketing
We seek a creative, results-driven professional to join our Marketing team as Creative Lead. The chosen individual will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creativity and the ability to lead creative initiatives that strengthen our brand identity and support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop distinctive, innovative visual concepts and design elements that reflect the Company's brand identity
- Manage creative priorities, develop action plans and ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with business objectives
- Ensure all creative output complies with the company's Marketing Policy, established procedures and brand guidelines
- Oversee studio operations, making the best use of resources to deliver high-quality creative work on schedule
- Maintain consistency and quality across all marketing and communication materials
Qualifications and Experience
- Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
- At least five years' experience in graphic design or a related field, including time in a marketing or creative environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical expertise and graphic design skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and QuarkXPress
Key Skills and Attributes
- A strong eye for visual composition, typography, colour and layout
- Sound understanding of marketing, print production, website design, corporate identity, advertising and multimedia design
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
- A collaborative team player who works well with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in at least two languages
- The ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally
