Manager - Deposits Mobilization
Location: Colombo 03 | Onsite
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand a robust fixed deposit portfolio in line with organizational targets
- Lead deposit mobilization initiatives and promotional campaigns to achieve sustainable growth
- Ensure exceptional service quality while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and private wealth management partners
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align deposit and funding strategies with broader business objectives
- Monitor market trends and contribute to the design and enhancement of innovative savings and deposit products
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in deposit mobilization within the banking or non-banking financial sector, including at least 2 years at Assistant Manager or Manager level
- Demonstrated ability to achieve deposit growth targets and manage high-value client portfolios
- Exposure to digital deposit or savings products will be a significant advantage
- Full or part professional qualification in Marketing, Banking, or Finance from a recognized institution
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, supported by a strong results-oriented mindset
