Join Bodywear - Ratmalana as a Senior Merchandiser - Development Bodywear
Join us at MAS Holdings' Bodywear Value Stream in Ratmalana and play a key role in driving customer-focused product development and commercialization initiatives. In this role, you will manage customer expectations by catering to specific development requirements, supporting commercialization activities, and ensuring timely pricing submissions to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating customer development calendars, managing raw material procurement in line with BOM requirements, monitoring style progress, replenishing shortages, and ensuring the accurate and timely flow of documentation across cross-functional teams.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience and a Degree or Professional Qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. To succeed, you will bring strong business acumen, merchandising knowledge, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
