PRODUCT EXECUTIVE
MEDICAL & SURGICAL BUSINESS
Join Medacc Pvt Ltd, a trusted provider of innovative medical and surgical solutions in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Executive to develop product portfolios, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong product, clinical and commercial knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
- Identify customers, institutions, tenders and new business opportunities and build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with surgeons, hospitals and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Coordinate quotations, orders, product launches, supplier activities, exhibitions and other training.
- Support in-theatre or clinical product support when required.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely activity, pipeline and market reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification, preferably in the Bio Science, Science or Commerce stream.
- A diploma, degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in medical devices, surgical products, healthcare sales or a related field.
- Experience in surgical instruments, implants, operating theatre products, capital equipment or clinical product support will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, confident in building customer relationships and willing to learn technical and clinical products.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel islandwide are required.
