Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Supervise Restaurant and back-of-house coordination, manage shift schedules, and ensure brand service standards are met. Help recruit, train and evaluate service employees. Welcome guests, monitor satisfaction levels, and resolve any complaints or issues quickly. Enforce health, hygiene, and sanitation regulations across.
- Should possess 2 to 5 years of hospitality experience, including previous executive role.
- Ceylon Hotel School graduate or Bachelor in business administration is preferred.
- Strong leadership, clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
