Positions Available: PROCESS EXECUTIVE (PRODUCTION)
- Monitor and supervise daily production operations to achieve production and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.
- Monitor process parameters, production efficiency, material usage, and wastage.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning teams for smooth production.
- Identify and resolve process issues, bottlenecks, and production deviations.
- Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring effective manpower utilization.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare shift/production reports.
- Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. Degree in Food Science or similar Qualification from a recognized university OR
- Diploma / Professional Qualification in Food Science / Agriculture with 04 years’ experience.
- Candidates with more than 02 years of relevant production experience in biscuit, food manufacturing, or a similar production environment are preferred.
- Knowledge of or working experience with SAP system & production-related software will be an added advantage.
- Should be self-motivated team player with excellent leadership qualities.
- Willing to work on shift basis.
- Male candidate below 35 years preferred.
- Essential to have good commitment and communication skills.
- Should possess good analytical skills.
