NDT in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
Strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma principles (Yellow Belt or higher), with expertise in process improvement and productivity analysis
Over 3 years of experience in Business Excellence or Process Improvement is a must
Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills with a proactive learning attitude
