nRole Overview
nWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Quality Assurance Executive to ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and compliance across our operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of food quality systems and be willing to travel regularly to company outlets, customer locations, and operational facilities to conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct routine quality inspections of food products, warehouses, and operational processes. n
- Visit company outlets and customer locations to verify FIFO (First In First Out) implementation and stock rotation practices. n
- Monitor food storage conditions, hygiene standards, and product handling procedures. n
- Check expiry dates, batch control, stock rotation, and product quality compliance. n
- Prepare and submit detailed quality inspection reports and recommendations to management. n
- Investigate quality-related complaints and recommend corrective actions. n
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards. n
- Coordinate with warehouses, sales, procurement, and operations teams to improve quality performance. n
- Assist management during quality audits and compliance inspections. n
- Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives and food safety programs. n
Candidate Profile

- Male candidate only n
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field n
- Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and FIFO practices n
- Experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Service, or Quality Control will be an added advantage n
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills n
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English n
- Computer literacy in MS Office n
- Possess a valid riding or driving licence n
- Willing to travel extensively to company outlets and customer locations n
- Ability to work independently and maintain high professional standards n
