About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Engineer to identify new business opportunities, develop engineering proposals, maintain client relationships, and support the company's business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Related Field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in proposal preparation and budgeting preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems will be an added advantage.
- Good command of English.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Assist on prepare engineering proposals and budgets.
- Identify suitable experts and coordinate CVs for proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Research market trends and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Develop plans to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate and maintain the company's ISO certification.
