Maintenance Engineer
Should possess a degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field. Manage MEP operations, inspect and manage machinery regularly, maintain guestrooms and public areas, kitchen & laundry equipment, air-conditioners, chillers & refrigeration, hotel renovations and safety upgrades, strong problem-solving abilities, managing garden teams. Prior experience in hotel maintenance as head of operation for a minimum of two years would be an added qualification.
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager/Executive
Excellent communicator who has a passion to win hearts through service, good knowledge of Food & Beverage and having 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity. The candidate should also be able to be thorough in administration of the Food & Beverage department including recruiting, training and maintaining health, hygiene and sanitation standards.
Yoga Instructor/Naturalist
Applicants should possess a certification from a recognized institution and have 2-3 years experience in a resort or a recognized organization.
Naturalist Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement:
- Lead guided nature walks, bird watching trails, farm visits, and cultural tours.
- Share knowledge about local flora, fauna, ecology, and village traditions.
- Encourage guests to participate in hands-on experiences like farming, foraging, or organic gardening.
- 2-3 years experience
Chef De Partie – Sri Lankan & South Asian Culinary
An individual who has hands-on experience in Sri Lankan and South Asian cuisine. An attractive salary and Service Charge awaits.
Head Bartender – Senior Bartender
Deep knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, and classic/modern cocktail recipes. Proficiency in using bar-tending tools and techniques with 4 years of experience in a hotel/specialized cocktail bar. Create unique cocktails, design menus, and stay updated with industry trends. Memory for recipes and customer preferences.
Assistant Cashier
Applicant should have passed GCE (O/L) and at least 2 years past experience in Leisure sector. Part qualification in Accounting / banking exams will be an added advantage. Age below 45 years.
Assistant Storekeeper
Applicant should have passed GCE (O/L) and at least 2 years’ experience in handling stores and preferably have excellent knowledge of inventory control, maintaining stock records and be computer literate. Age below 40 years.
Senior Room Attendants/Room Attendants
Ability to perform the duties entrusted by the Supervisor in the House Keeping Department. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in an upmarket resort or minimum in a 4 star hotel.
Senior Laundryman
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an upmarket resort or minimum in a 4 star hotel having experience in handling modern laundry equipment.
