PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
- Must have experience handling machines operation.
- Can handle full production process from sewing to packing.
- Knowledge of all a garment machine operations & garment product standards
- strong knowledge of garment production planning & control
- Ability to manage workers and achieve production targets
Mechanic
- Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and technical drawing.
- Basic Knowledge of electrical system is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with effective problem solving skills.
CUTTER
- Experience in the cutting section of the garment industry.
- Knowledge of correctly laying and cutting fabric according to markers/lay plans.
- Ability to safely and correctly operate cutting machines and related equipment.
- Accurate cutting based on patterns, markers, and fabric specifications.
- Working efficiently while minimizing fabric wastage.
- Bundling and identifying cut components and handing them over to the relevant production section.
- Adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Relevant experience or vocational training is an added advantage.
