SEO SPECIALIST
Manage SEO across multiple websites and drive organic growth.
SALARY: LKR 100,000+
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement SEO strategies across multiple websites.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, structure, indexing, page speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop content strategies, improve internal linking and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
- Manage local and international SEO where relevant.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions and SEO performance.
- Prepare regular SEO reports with clear insights, actions and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging AI search trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results.
- Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page and Content SEO.
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs, Semrush or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with Screaming Frog, WordPress/CMS, basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Knowledge of international SEO is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple websites and collaborate with content, marketing and development teams.
